And, for a PE-backed multi-site services platform, building the market-entry strategy for the $4.5B data center cooling vertical — thesis, 7 OEM partnerships established at DC World 2026, and an operating cadence now active across the rollout.
Other Gegere work includes supporting the IMO governance and Target Operating Model implementation for a global consumer-products restructuring — a two-phase program that delivered ~$70M in EBITDA run-rate savings ($40M in Phase 1 from headcount optimization, ~$30M in Phase 2 through reorganization). And, separately, building the M&A and tuck-in execution toolkit deployed across that same PE services platform's 15+ operating companies.
